1) These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Casscado store and purchases made through it. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2) Product information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, sizes, materials, and images.

Colors may vary depending on your display and lighting.
Furniture measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

3) Prices, taxes, and checkout

Prices are shown in [currency] and include/exclude VAT as stated at checkout. Delivery fees (if any) are displayed before payment.

If a clear pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4) Orders & contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch (shipment confirmation) or otherwise explicitly accept the order.

We may refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons (e.g., payment failure, stock/fulfilment issues, suspected fraud, address problems). If we cancel, you will be refunded.

5) Payment

We accept [cards / bank transfer / other]. If a payment is reversed or fails, we may suspend fulfilment and/or cancel the order.

6) Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown are estimates. Orders may arrive in multiple parcels.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, contact support within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can start a carrier investigation.

7) Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Casscado Refund & Returns Policy.
Returns are processed through our wholesale partners, and Return Authorization (RA) is required to receive the correct return address and instructions.

8) Cancellations

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; you may use the 14-day withdrawal right after delivery if eligible.

9) Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the store, including fraud, interference, scraping, attempted unauthorized access, or unlawful activity. We may restrict orders/accounts where we reasonably suspect abuse, consistent with applicable law.

10) Intellectual property

Store content (brand, logos, product photos, text, design) is owned by or licensed to Casscado. You may not use it without permission.

11) Liability (EU-safe)

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to mandatory law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

12) Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR). [Link/section placeholder]

13) Complaints & dispute resolution (Czech Republic)

If you are a consumer in the Czech Republic, you may also contact the Czech consumer ADR authority (typically the Czech Trade Inspection Authority – ČOI) for out-of-court dispute resolution, where applicable.

14) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Consumers may additionally benefit from mandatory protections and forum rights in their country of residence where applicable.
